Coaching & Diagnostics
Despite the many esoteric statements of contemporary management coaching approaches, our focus is the practical aspect of management. Our own experience as a consultant, supervisor, and manager has taught us that the methods of effective management are the only stabile factor within a changing environment.

We are going to develop an individual coaching plan based on our clients technical ability of major „managerial tools“, i.e. communication, leadership, influencing skills, organization, decision making, etc. Additionally we are going to analyse the strength and opportunities of effective management behaviors.
The analysis will be compared with the individual job requirements and tasks to be completed. Realization of the coaching plan follows individual preferences and goals to be completed during intensive verbal coaching
and feedback of observations („Life Coaching”).
Coaching
- Intensive Interview
- Individual- and team coaching
- Agreement about a coaching contract, i.e. privacy disclosure, mutual expectations, and coaching goals
- Analysis of management skills and expectations
- Development of an individual coaching strategy
- Coaching sessions of 1.5 to 3 hours each on a regular basis
- If desired, „Live Observational Sessions” can be performed, i.e. accompany meetings, sales activities, management situations, etc.
- Feedback from „Live Sessions”
Diagnostics
- Analysis of individual strengths and opportunities to improve
- A 2.5 to 3 hour interview about important events during work
- Interview analysis and – if requested – a personal interview report
- Feedback of the results and development of a personal developmental timeline (ideally it would flow hand-in-hand with the coaching plan mentioned above)
